Celebrated during Mass, the Eucharist includes:
- Liturgy of the Word: Scripture readings and homily.
- Liturgy of the Eucharist: Preparation of gifts, Eucharistic Prayer, Consecration, and Communion.
Adoration: Outside of Mass, Catholics may spend time in prayer before the consecrated host in Eucharistic Adoration.
